Relationship with Feed Design Lab
Since 2022, Klaremelk has been a proud partner of Feed Design Lab. We view this collaboration as a valuable addition to our knowledge base and as a platform where innovation within the animal feed sector takes center stage.

Role within Klaremelk
Within Klaremelk, I am responsible for overseeing the compound feed activities. In this role, I monitor the daily operations and ensure that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. I continuously look for opportunities to further optimize our production, quality, and overall service.

Significance of Klaremelk for the animal feed sector
Klaremelk has been in existence for sixty years, an anniversary we proudly celebrated last summer. This long history reflects a solid foundation, craftsmanship, and confidence in the future.
Our activities have traditionally been closely connected to the veal sector. Although this sector sometimes faces challenges, we remain committed to quality, continuity, and innovation. Meanwhile, the third generation has been active within the company for quite some time, bringing fresh perspectives while maintaining a strong connection to our roots. All these elements make Klaremelk a stable and future‑oriented partner within the animal feed chain.

Why Klaremelk is a partner of Feed Design Lab
For us, Feed Design Lab is a valuable meeting place. It provides access to new insights, technological developments, and knowledge exchange with other companies in the sector. The networking events and themed sessions give us the opportunity to meet interesting partners, share experiences, and jointly develop innovative ideas.

Themes of interest within Feed Design Lab
We experience that Feed Design Lab responds well to current issues and practical themes, such as energy use, sustainability, and circularity.
Additionally, we are particularly interested in the topic of data‑driven optimization. Within the sector, a large amount of production‑related data is available, which is often unused. Mapping, structuring, and leveraging this data can yield valuable insights and contribute to further process optimization and quality improvement. A deeper exploration of this theme would be of great value to us and likely to many other members as well.
