As a Technical Service Manager EU (operational within the Customer Technical Insights R&D team), I translate customer needs into technical solutions, from a holistic perspective, to increase pet food palatability.
Our partnership with Feed Design Lab is essential to meet our continuing hunger for application insights and knowledge to complete our database. At Feed Design Lab, we can mimic dry pet food production and investigate and explore palatability-driving factors. In addition, this allows us to produce kibble under controlled conditions for internal palatability trials. The technical insights and experiences we gain add value to customers and increase their project success.
